Verdalina will exchange or refund non-sale items within 10 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. No returns accepted on jewelry, lingerie, swimwear or personal care items. Sale items and international orders can be returned for a gift card only. All promotional purchases are final sale, no refund or exchange. 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

Please email your return request to shop@verdalina.com within 3 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for your return and we will issue a return authorization number. Please write the RA # on your package and return to:

Once approved, your account will be credited within 5 days of return receipt. You will be sent a confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to appear on your credit card statement. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Verdalina, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, Verdalina will cover the return shipping charges.
