Shipping & Returns Information
Verdalina will process your order by the next business day, Monday - Friday, holidays excluded. Orders are shipped from Richmond, Virginia. Residents of Virginia will pay 5.3% state sales tax on their purchase.
All domestic orders are sent USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business day delivery to most locations). A shipment confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number. All orders are shipped with a signature required. You may choose to waive the signature at checkout. By waiving signature, you assume full liability for the package if lost or stolen.
All International orders are sent USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business day delivery to most locations) with a flat rate of $45. A shipment confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number. All orders are shipped with a signature required. You may choose to waive the signature at checkout. By waiving signature, you assume full liability for the package if lost or stolen. Please note: no refunds on international orders. Store credit only.
International orders may be subject to import duty and tax upon the country in which you reside. The recipient is responsible for payment of these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details, as Verdalina is not able to provide estimates.
Verdalina will exchange or refund non-sale items within 10 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. No returns accepted on jewelry, lingerie, swimwear or personal care items. Sale items and international orders can be returned for store credit only.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Please email your return request to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for your return and we will issue a return authorization number. Please write the RA # on your package and return to:

Once approved, your account will be credited within 5 days of return receipt. You will be sent a confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to appear on your credit card statement. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Verdalina, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, Verdalina will cover the return shipping charges.
